The terms governing your use of Sentinel Fleet. Plain English where we can manage it; legalese where we have to.
Sentinel Fleet is a fleet compliance and risk-management platform operated by Sentury Developments Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", "our" or "Sentinel Fleet" in these terms mean Sentury Developments Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the customer using the service.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the Sentinel Fleet platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
Sentinel Fleet provides software-as-a-service tools for fleet compliance, including walkaround check capture, driver risk scoring, audit evidence storage, and related features. We may add, remove, or change features at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Sentinel Fleet. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will not be liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that are inactive for extended periods. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted from active systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
